Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to support reporting and data analytics for provider digital tools within Aetna. You will collaborate with the Provider Digital business team to deliver insights that drive value and improve decision making.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI and data warehousing, with strong communication skills to explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years related work experience leading analysis and driving business impact
• Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase and PowerBI
• Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas to non-technical clients
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large datasets
• Experience eliciting, documenting and validating reporting requirements with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and research to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with internal clients to implement data solutions for business problems
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data rereports and performance metrics
• Assist in information strategy and development of information products
• Structure data analysis to deliver analytical solutions and insights
