Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to support reporting and data analytics for Aetna’s provider digital tools. You will partner with the Provider Digital team to drive value, analyze data, and develop metrics to guide decisions.

You will work with data from multiple sources, structure analyses, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while contributing to the information strategy and information products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase and PowerBI.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment with large data sets.
• Ability to translate statistical ideas to non-technical clients.
• Track record coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eliciting and validating reporting requirements with stakeholders.
