CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to support reporting and data analytics for value capture and metric-driven management of provider digital tools. You will partner with the Provider Digital team and advise on insights to drive value in digital tools.

The role involves data analysis, issue research, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business problems into data solutions, including predictive modeling and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of business analytics experience with measurable impact.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase, and PowerBI.
• Ability to communicate statistical ideas to non-technical clients.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data warehouses and large data sets.
• Experience eliciting and validating reporting requirements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and data analytic needs for value capture and metric driven management of provider digital tools.
• Partner with the Provider Digital business team and advise on insights to drive value in digital tool offerings.
• Perform data analysis and issue research for reporting and analytics projects.
• Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities to implement data solutions.
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data rereports, and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Help implement information strategy and development of information products to meet objectives.
