Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist within the Provider Digital Analytics and Intake Team to support reporting and data analytics for value capture and metrics in Aetna’s provider digital tools.

You will partner with the Provider Digital business team, translate business needs into data solutions, and develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data rereports, and performance metrics to drive value.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years related work experience in analytics roles.
• Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase, and PowerBI.
• Ability to communicate statistical ideas to non-technical clients in writing and speaking.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and issue research to support reporting.
• Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities for data solutions.
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analyses, and performance metrics.
• Support information strategy and development of information products to meet objectives.
