Job summary
Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager in the United States to lead and mentor a team of data engineers as they design, test, and deliver solutions for US healthcare customers. You will translate client requirements into platform enhancements and ensure delivery plans align with customer needs.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive data integration, analytics execution, and quality assurance to deliver measurable business value
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in US healthcare data integration and analytics across Provider or Payer spaces.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with ETL tools.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers regularly to gather requirements and feedback.
- Own delivery plans and timelines in consultation with customers.
- Negotiate features and tasks with customers based on team bandwidth.
- Supervise and guide data analysts and quality analysts on the team.
- Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics executions, dashboards, and QA activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions.
