Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers. The role combines advanced SQL, Tableau, healthcare data, and business analytics with hands-on problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and process automation.

You will build dashboards, connect Tableau with the data warehouse, use SQL and Python to resolve data quality issues, and partner with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL skills with complex queries.
5+ years building dashboards in Tableau.
Strong data analytics and storytelling from data.
Experience with financial reporting.
Knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, pharmacy).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience mentoring or managing a team preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards and data connections.
Use SQL and Python to investigate data issues and discrepancies.
Design dashboards and reports with storytelling in mind.
Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Customer Success to translate questions into insights.
