Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking a Customer Engineering Manager to lead and supervise a team of data engineers as they develop, test, modify, and deliver healthcare data solutions for US-based customers. You will understand business requirements, partner products, services, and integrate them with our platforms, ensuring delivery of scalable analytics and dashboards.

This role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration with IT, software engineering, and business units, and a track record

Qualifications

• Extensive ETL, data warehousing and analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience in extracting and validating data.
• Excellent communication and technical project management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with data integration across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Experience in healthcare data domains is a plus.

Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Engineering Manager who will be largely responsible for leading and supervising a team of data engineers as they develop, test, modify, and deliver solutions to US Healthcare problems.

You are expected to understand the business requirements, partner products, services, and integrate the same with our platforms, products & features. You will be involved in building up the platform to help run businesses of our Enterprise customers more efficiently.

A Day in the Life

• Interact with the customers to understand their requirements
• Supervise and lead data analysts and quality analysts
• Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations and quality assurance
• Work closely with Innovaccer engineering, analytics, infrastructure teams and other engineering groups for defining and delivering solutions
• Own delivery plan and timelines through consultation with customers
• Negotiate features, enhancements and new incoming tasks with internal and external stakeholders

What You Need

• Mandatory US Healthcare experience - data integration (not just migration) of claims, clinical, ADT, Labs; Healthcare Analytics experience (Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Risk) execution and payer report reconciliation in the Provider or Payer space
• Technical Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and extremely strong communication skills
• 10+ years of experience in ETL, Data Warehousing/Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data visualization tools along with technical project management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, from IT to software engineering to business domains
• Hands-on experience in extracting data using SQL
• Familiarity with data ETL tools , creating mapping documents
• Basic experience with scripting (Python) is a good to have
• Understanding of REST APIs, Web services, and service-oriented architectures is a good to have
• Knowledge of challenges and benefits of data extraction in On-Premise vs Cloud deployments
• Relevant experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
