Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers.

You will leverage advanced SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing tools to deliver actionable insights and automate reporting processes. In this role, you will collaborate with Pharmacy Customer Success, build dashboards, diagnose data quality issues, and design storytelling dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• 5+ years building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong data analytics to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience with financial reporting.
• Knowledge of healthcare data (claims, EHR, pharmacy).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives for healthcare customers.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards, syncing data between Tableau and the data warehouse.
• Use SQL and Python to investigate data issues and reporting discrepancies.
• Design dashboards and reports with storytelling to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks.
• Partner with Pharmacy Customer Success to translate questions into actionable reports.
• Handle data issues, tickets, and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
• Perform L2 debugging to reach analysis conclusions and coordinate with product/infra teams.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts.
• Understand incident, transition, and problem management; manage job scheduling and scripts.
• Maintain document versioning synced with product versions; participate in handovers with Leads/Managers.
• Manage customer issues in daily/weekly meetings and track Jira tickets to meet SLAs.
