Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics by exploring large healthcare datasets, uncovering trends, and delivering data-driven insights that support network optimization and improved access to care.

You will work with SQL, Python, Databricks, and BI tools, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to deliver actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in data analytics
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or data-intensive environments
• Strong SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data quality initiatives
• Experience with BI tools and data governance practices

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and define data structures
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets
• Contribute to evaluation and adoption of new analytics technologies
• Maintain data governance standards and reliable data assets
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for Quest products
• Document and track project work in DevOps systems
• Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes
