Quest Analytics seeks a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics by working with large healthcare datasets, including claims and provider directories. You will identify trends, measure performance across campaigns and demographics, and support data-driven optimization initiatives.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable data solutions and actionable insights for customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare/SaaS/data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development or analytics-driven decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced).
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude or similar) to support analytics and automation.
• Ability to apply AI-assisted approaches to data investigations and reporting.
• Familiarity with data management, governance, and stewardship concepts.
• Experience defining metrics, KPIs, and data models for business needs.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset with evolving tech.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and deliver insights.
• Analyze provider network data to resolve entity matching across sources and define data structures.
• Lead data investigations to resolve quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to maintain data governance and high-quality data assets.
• Document and track project work in systems like DevOps.
• Recommend improvements to outreach strategies and data processes based on insights.
