Quest Analytics is seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, measure performance, and drive data‑driven strategies for network optimization.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics using SQL, Databricks, Python, and Claude AI. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and deep data investigations.
• Proficient in SQL and modern data platforms (Databricks, Spark).
• Programming in Python, SQL, R, Scala or Java; BI/visualization tools like Looker.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) to support analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights across campaigns, clients, and demographics.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and define data structures for new features.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Utilize SQL, Databricks, Python, and Claude to process and analyze large datasets.
