Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team in the United States. You will work with large healthcare datasets, including claims and provider directories, to uncover trends and support data-driven network optimization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of data analytics experience in healthcare or data-heavy environments, strong SQL and Python skills, and familiarity with Databricks, Looker, and data governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large complex datasets and data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.
• Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced) for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python (and/or R/Scala/Java) for data processing.
• Experience with BI/tools like Looker or similar.
• Experience using AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and stewardship principles.
• Ability to define metrics, KPIs, and data models for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on large healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching across sources.
• Lead data investigations and address data quality issues.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Document and track project work in DevOps or similar systems.
• Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes based on findings.
