Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for provider network optimization.

You will analyze data quality, perform advanced investigations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to deliver data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics, CS, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or data-intensive environments.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks or Spark or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or related languages.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support analytics and automation.
• Understanding of data management best practices: quality, governance, stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on large healthcare datasets to identify trends and provide insights across campaigns and segments.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and inform data sourcing strategies.
• Lead data investigations to resolve quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to deliver data solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted approaches to improve efficiency and scalability of analyses.
• Document and track project work in systems like DevOps; ensure proper scoping and management.
• Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes based on insights.
