Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics using large healthcare datasets. You will uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for optimization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of data analysis experience in healthcare or data-intensive environments, strong SQL, Python, Databricks, and BI tooling knowledge, plus experience with AI tools to enhance analyses.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
Experience with large, complex datasets and data investigations.
Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.
Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced).
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar tools.
Programming in Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
Experience leveraging AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and stewardship principles.
Experience defining metrics/KPIs and data models.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver insights.
Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Analyze provider network data to resolve entity matching and inform data sourcing strategies.
Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services on data solutions.
Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to process and analyze large datasets.
Evaluate and adopt new analytics technologies to advance capabilities.
Maintain data governance standards for high-quality, compliant data assets.
Develop metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for Quest products.
Document project work and manage tasks in systems like DevOps.
Identify improvements to outreach strategies and data processes.
