Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics. You will work with large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, measure performance, and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Spark, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support data analysis, pattern recognition, and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
• Ability to define metrics, KPIs, and data models to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights across campaigns and demographics.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching and inform data sourcing strategies.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
• Use SQL, Databricks, Python, and AI tools to ensure high-quality, compliant data assets.
• Document and track project work in systems such as DevOps.
• Identify and recommend improvements to data processes and outreach strategies.
