Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Provider Network Analytics team. You will work with large healthcare datasets (claims, provider directories) to uncover trends, measure network performance, and support data-driven strategies for network optimization.

The role emphasizes data quality, automation, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services. Strong SQL, Python, and BI tools experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in data analytics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS or data-intensive environments.
• Proven experience with large, complex datasets and in-depth data investigations.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience with BI/dataviz tools (Looker or similar).
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights across campaigns, clients, and demographics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Analyze provider and organizational data to resolve entity matching, define data structures, and identify new product opportunities.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services to develop data solutions.
