Job summary

EXL in the United States is seeking a data analytics professional to develop SQL queries, implement stored procedures, and optimize reporting with Azure Databricks. You will produce scalable code and support production issues while aligning analytics with health business goals.

Experience with SSRS/SSIS, PySpark, Hive and cloud technologies is required; certifications in data analytics or databases are a plus.

Qualifications

SQL Server: advanced SQL, stored procedures and functions.
SSRS/SSIS for data integration and reporting.
Azure Databricks experience.
Big Data tools: Python, PySpark, Hive, Zeppelin notebook.
Knowledge of cloud technologies.
Certifications in Data analytics/Database.

Responsibilities

Ability to write programs independently using SQL, Hive QL etc.
Tune queries for performance, security and stability of the reports.
Understand functional aspects of reports and perform deployment.
Pro‑active in maintaining and increasing technical knowledge.
Collaborate with others to achieve goals and positive results.
Capable of handling production support issues and resolving them.
Propose new and state‑of‑the‑art technologies to improve reporting.
Deliver analytic insights, interpretations and recommendations with professional customer focus.
