Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join a collaborative analytics team. You will organize, analyze, and report on large EHR, clinical, financial, and enrollment datasets, acting as an Epic SME for reporting development and datamart validation.

You will build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, validate data migrations, and work with data engineers to ensure data quality and governance across enterprise reporting and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• Hands on experience with healthcare data analysis can substitute for specific fields of study.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare, statistics, data science or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL and Python queries to retrieve, join, and summarize data from multiple sources.
• Create analytical reports, dashboards and visual analytics (Power BI, Tableau) for stakeholders.
• Interpret trends and outliers; translate findings into actionable insights for clinical, operational or business teams.
• Collaborate with units to define metrics, KPIs, and data rules to ensure consistent reporting.
• Validate data and support automated data pipelines with data engineers.
• Work with Epic EHR data sources (Clarity, Caboodle) for enterprise reporting.
