Job summary

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, Power BI skills and experience with healthcare datasets, plus Python or similar automation ability. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
• 5+ years in data analysis, preferably in healthcare
• At least 1 year with healthcare datasets
• Strong SQL, Excel, Power BI; learning new tools
• Experience building automated data workflows with Python or SQL
• Proficiency with data visualization and data warehouses
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret data and provide dashboards and reports
• Develop actionable recommendations from analyses
• Maintain data warehouse structures and datasets
• Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and ensure quality
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting needs
