The role emphasizes regulatory reporting (UDS, PCMH), data visualization with Power BI/Tableau, and EHR data extraction from Epic/OCHIN, eClinicalWorks, and NextGen to drive population health and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of Data Analysis experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with HRSA UDS reporting and regulatory data submission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance: Manage UDS aggregation, validation, and submission; track PCMH metrics; prepare grant reporting assets.
• Data Analysis & BI: Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau; extract data from EHR systems using SQL.
• Quality Improvement Support: Identify gaps in preventive care and population health; support care coordination and workflow validation.
