Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze complex healthcare data, generate actionable insights, and support strategic decisions. You will leverage SQL, dashboards, and analytics models to measure performance and drive improvements across revenue cycle processes.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor27s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferred.
• Experience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• 3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code.
• Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Build and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrity.
• Partner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align data solutions with business needs.
• Apply critical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-backed solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of all analyses through thorough validation and quality checks.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes to support transparency and repeatability.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Stay current on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance capabilities.
