Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and govern the cybersecurity program in support of our security strategy and regulatory requirements. This role serves as the operational backbone of the CISO office, overseeing initiatives, budgets, vendor governance, and roadmap execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of program management experience, strong communication and reporting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, business admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity or governance programs.
• Experience with budget management, vendor management, and portfolio tracking.
• Strong organization, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and project management tools.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and govern the cybersecurity program to align with objectives and security strategy.
• Provide oversight of cybersecurity initiatives, budget, vendor governance, and roadmap execution.
• Support knowledge management and compliance activities across the CISO organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to report on status and risk.
