Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, portfolio management, or program operations preferred.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity project or portfolio management, including tracking initiatives, managing priorities, and reporting performance.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing executive reporting materials and utilizing metrics to track program performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and oversee the CISO program, aligning activities to enterprise cybersecurity objectives.
• Coordinate project intake across stakeholders and ensure alignment with priorities and resources.
• Manage cybersecurity project portfolio: timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs; develop dashboards and trend analyses for leadership.
• Support budgeting, vendor oversight, and governance within the CISO program.
