TEKsystems is hiring customer service agents in Spring, TX to resolve complex coverage and benefit issues and deliver empathetic support. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless healthcare experiences while handling inbound and outbound calls daily.

The role requires experience in healthcare/insurance call centers, strong communication, and comfort discussing sensitive topics.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits, medical terminology and call center.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Comfort with discussing sensitive healthcare topics.
• Ability to use multiple monitors and systems simultaneously.
• Must have knowledge of healthcare offerings and prior call center experience.

Aufgaben

• Resolve complex coverage and benefit issues for members.
• Engage with members to provide empathetic support.
• Coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure seamless healthcare experiences.
• Handle inbound or outbound calls daily and troubleshoot as needed.
• Utilize technology to troubleshoot prior authorization issues and coordinate with PBMs.
