Dealmed is seeking a qualified, friendly customer service professional to join our team in New York. You will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, text, and live chat, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

You will stay informed about promotions and policies, collaborate with the sales team, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product issues, in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer account updates with accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.
• Escalate issues and follow up with customers until a resolution is reached.
• Retain customers and save orders by offering solutions or alternatives that work for both the customer and company.
• Create custom quotes for new customers or new opportunities from existing customers.
• Educate customers on products, services, and policies, ensuring they have all the necessary information.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to find effective solutions for issues.
• Continuously strive to improve customer experience by offering feedback and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
• Create reports that track data necessary for customer experience improvements in Excel
• Constantly enhance knowledge of medical products via the internet, vendors, manufacturer representatives, and Dealmed employees.
• Stay up to date with promotions and company policies to effectively support customers and the sales team.
