Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Customer Service representative in Myrtle Beach, SC to handle inbound/outbound calls, answer questions, educate customers on products/services, and process orders with accurate demographic updates. The role supports compliance with physician directions and requires good communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities include documenting calls, updating records, and assisting with training of staff while maintaining high service standards in a healthcare context.

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
