Job summary

Lincare in Ohio is seeking a customer service representative who communicates with patients to answer questions, resolve problems, and support physician-directed orders. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and enter customer orders accurately.

The role requires good reading skills, clear communication with coworkers and patients, and the ability to follow written and spoken instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
