Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification required.
• 5+ years of food operations experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Experience with cash handling policies and POS systems.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the food service department to deliver quality and service.
• Communicate with department, facility, and company leadership to achieve goals.
• Develop menus with dietitians and chefs in line with market trends and nutrition goals.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members; coach and supervise staff.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, payroll, and budget compliance; maintain costs.
