Job summary

HHS is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to lead the culinary team in a healthcare setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient meals, and partner with dietitians to deliver nutritious menus.

In this role, you will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining exceptional patient and customer service.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Service Manager Certification required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) experience preferred.
• Experience leading a food operations team in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food service department to deliver high-quality patient meals.
• Collaborate with dietitians and chefs to develop nutritionally-value menus.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members to maintain morale and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and safety inspections.
