Maximus is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to assist people navigating healthcare programs, providing compassionate and reliable support. You’ll help vulnerable community members understand and access benefits, with paid training to prepare you for success.

This on-site role is based in Riverview or Tampa, FL, offering evening/night shifts with a 10% differential and a path for growth within a support-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple possible channels (i.e. telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Provide timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, using pre-scripted responses.
• Follow policies and standard operating procedures such as filling out timesheets, adhering to privacy and HIPAA rules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
