Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Credentialing Manager to oversee the delegated credentialing workflow for dental providers, from applications submission to approvals. You will ensure timely and accurate credentialing for Medicaid programs and hospital privileges, with oversight of CAQH profiles and credentialing software.

The role reports to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and requires a hybrid schedule with potential extended hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of credentialing leadership experience.
• At least 3 years direct credentialing experience, with two working years in a delegated environment.
• Proficiency in CAQH, SkyGen and Primary Source Verification.

Responsibilities

• Payer credentialing and revalidation - Completing and updating credentials for TX, CO and AZ Medicaid programs.
• CAQH - Oversee provider profile in CAQH and keep it updated.
• Hospital credentialing and re-credentialing – Credentialing for hospital staff and sharing records such as licensures and vaccines.
• Maintain delegation committee records and meeting minutes.
• Primary source verification through credentialing software.
• License management.
• Credentialing software maintenance.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
