Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of healthcare credentialing experience, especially in dental settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare credentialing experience (dental preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to NCQA guidelines in delegated credentialing processes.
• Audit provider licensure files to NCQA guidelines.
• Pull delegated verification files monthly per NCQA requirements.
• Coordinate internal re-credentialing to NCQA guidelines.
