Responsabilités

• Prepare and review credentialing and recredentialing applications, provider updates, termination letters, and TIN change documents.
• Conduct biweekly follow-up with payers, track application progress, and maintain detailed records in internal systems and dashboards.
• Support team projects such as new provider onboarding, payer roster updates, and quality reviews while protecting confidential information.
