Job summary

Specialty Dental Brands is seeking a Credentialing Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for provider credentialing, enrollment, and ongoing payer maintenance in a fully remote role. You’ll work with Credentialing Specialists to prepare documents, track progress, and keep accurate records to move applications toward enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, payer relations, healthcare administration, or administrative support.
• Dental or revenue cycle management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with credentialing applications, payer processes, provider rosters, or TIN updates is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
• Clear, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credentialing and recredentialing applications, update provider records, draft termination letters, and handle enrollment documents.
• Review applications and compile supporting documentation to move payer reviews forward.
• Biweekly follow-up with payers to obtain updates and reference numbers.
• Maintain work order status reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Document all payer interactions and keep credentialing files organized.
