This role operates under a 100% commission structure with independent contractor status and includes industry-leading training and marketing support to help you reach Year 2 earnings over $100K and Year 3 over $200K.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful business expansion and client development.
• Must obtain or already hold a state real estate license.
• A passion for excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility, creativity, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent tenants and buyers in the healthcare/wellness/fitness sector.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
