Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Courier Service Manager to oversee the Network’s Courier and Shuttle operations in Bethlehem. You will schedule staff, ensure timely deliveries, and administer courier software to support daily logistics and customer service.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Business Administration and 5–7 years in courier logistics or fleet management, with leadership and DOT regulatory knowledge to drive efficiency and compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business administration and/or supervisory experience with 5-7 years’ experience in Courier Logistics/Fleet Management.
• Experience in leadership, conflict management, and team building.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines – DOT.
• Thorough knowledge of Courier Software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs the Courier staff and assumes responsibility for the daily operation of the Network and Shuttle Service.
• Complies with established departmental policies and procedures, budgets, and safety standards; schedules staff and deliveries.
• Maintains courier software, prepares monthly reports and monitors route efficiency and cost.
