Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines – DOT.
• Thorough knowledge of Courier Software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Courier staff and daily operation of Network and Shuttle Service.
• Complies with department policies, quality assurance, infection control, and safety standards.
• Manages budget and schedules staff and routine and emergency deliveries.
• Maintains Courier Software and provides reports on quality, safety, cost and productivity.
• Assists with dispatching, maintains routes, and handles requests timely.
• Ensures Courier and Shuttle vehicles are safe; schedules repairs and maintenance.
• Informs Manager/Director of issues as they arise.
• Schedules for network special functions.
• Maintains compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
