Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related field.
• Experience contributing to M&A processes: sourcing, due diligence, integration, or execution.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize acquisition targets and strategic opportunities aligned with IH’s growth.
• Engage directly with acquisition candidates and position IH as partner or buyer.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and operational workstreams for stakeholders.
• Build and refine financial analyses, presentations, and materials for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance transactions from evaluation to close.
