Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cook Supervisor to join our healthcare and food service team in Shakopee, MN. As a Cook Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise the work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for at least 1 year of culinary experience with leadership exposure, plus strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in high-volume quality cooking.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
