Elior North America is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cook Supervisor/Server for Pineville, LA. The role coordinates and supervises staff to ensure efficient service in a fast-paced healthcare food-service setting.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment focused on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Handlers certification preferred.
