Paycom - ATS is seeking a qualified Cook to prepare and cook meals in a healthcare or long-term care setting. You will follow menus, dietary guidelines, and portion control to deliver nutritious, appealing dishes on schedule.

You will work with the dietary team to meet special diets, maintain kitchen sanitation, manage inventory, and support menu planning. Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a busy restaurant, plus strong teamwork and time-management skills, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Culinary training or certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience; healthcare, long-term care, or restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure proper portion control and appealing presentation.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory and rotate stock to reduce waste.
• Assist with menu planning and special-diet meals.
• Collaborate with dietary aides, nutritionists, and kitchen staff.
