Job summary

Leave Your Mark in Nashville is seeking a Controller to own the integrity of the organization’s accounting processes and GL. This role oversees monthly close in Sage Intacct, ensures GAAP-compliant statements across entities and lines of business, including value-based care contracts and fee-for-service operations.

You will lead a team of accounting professionals, design internal controls, partner with stakeholders on reporting needs, and drive process improvements and automation in Sage Intacct

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare.
• Deep, hands-on general ledger experience (Sage Intacct preferred), including multi-entity consolidations, dimensions, reporting, and workflow configuration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and healthcare industry accounting.
• Proven people-management experience with building and developing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process in Sage Intacct.
• Review consolidated financial statements across entities and lines of business.
• Direct and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting.
