Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Contract & Pricing Specialist in Chesterfield, MO, to support development, negotiation, administration, and maintenance of supplier and facility agreements within a healthcare supply chain context.

This is a full-time, in-office role focused on ensuring contracts are accurate, commercially sound, compliant, and aligned with best practices. The ideal candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, improve pricing and terms, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare GPOs such as Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust, or similar organizations.
• Experience with contract management processes and procurement systems.
• Experience supporting strategic sourcing or supplier negotiations.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
• Familiarity with healthcare supply chain terminology, purchasing processes, and supplier agreements.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, amendments, renewals, expirations, and terminations.
• Construct price files.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records, ensuring key terms, pricing, effective dates, renewal dates, and other critical information are current and accessible.
• Perform other contract management and healthcare supply chain responsibilities as assigned.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through implementation.
