Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health administration or related field.
• 5+ years contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience.
• Knowledge of managed care, health programs, and contracting language.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of regional and national provider contracts per guidelines.
• Coordinate with contracting, legal, credentialing and data teams to load contracts and amendments.
• Manage provider relationships to support operational, financial, and clinical success.
• Define and monitor network reporting, metrics, and roster management goals.
