Astrana Health, Inc. in the US seeks a Manager - Contracting to lead recruitment and negotiation of PCP, specialist, and ancillary provider contracts, aligning with state guidelines and network optimization.

You will load contracts, manage credentialing, and coordinate with contracting, legal, and provider data teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution, while growing and supporting provider rosters. This full-time hybrid role offers $100,000-$120,000 annually, remote work with monthly travel

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or provider experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience in project management and knowledge of managed care and health programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and supervising staff.
• Strong negotiation skills balancing cost, quality, and access with reimbursement understanding.
• Knowledge of provider operations, insurance products, regulations, and contracting language.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of regional and/or national providers from sourcing through contract execution in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate with contracting, legal, credentialing, and data management to load contracts and amendments accurately and on time.
• Maintain relationships with high-value network providers through provider relations teams.
• Define and monitor network reporting, metrics, and roster management for network build-out.
• Lead occasional meetings with health plans and corporate teams to review performance data and partnership strategy.
