Job summary

Provider Network Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support contracting and credentialing for new and existing provider groups. You will coordinate provider applications, network agreements, and related documentation across internal systems and health plan partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent directly related experience.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in customer service or healthcare with exposure to problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Research and load new provider information (providers, centers, hospitals) into leads listings.
• Send mailings, faxes and emails to providers with required network documentation.
• Support field representatives to obtain agreements and credentialing documents for new and existing groups.
• Review credentialing paperwork and welcome letters per department policies.
• Make outbound calls to providers, groups and hospitals for follow-up and inquiries.
• Assist with resolving contracting/credentialing issues via phone and email.
