Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, community relations, communications or healthcare engagement.
• Experience managing media relations and external communications strategies.
• Crisis communication experience.
• Experience with digital engagement platforms such as Epic Cheers, Microsoft Dynamics, and Press Ganey.

• Partners with cross-functional teams to develop consumer outreach and engagement initiatives that advance service line goals and key organizational priorities.
• Collaborates with consumer team to provide content for digital and print channels (social media, websites, internal communications, brochures).
• Contributes to enterprise content marketing strategies for specified campaigns.
• Coordinates local events, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Delivers PR and communications expertise, including writing and brand messaging, to strengthen the organization's reputation.

• Provides regular reports on engagement and campaign performance to local stakeholders.
