The specialist collaborates with clinicians, data/tech teams, and local leaders to craft content and communications that support the annual engagement plan and its budget, delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Meets with the consumer engagement team to develop 1:1 engagement strategy.
• Communicates effectively with clinicians and team members.
• Collaborates with department and local consumer engagement leaders.
• Develops content with data/technology teams to grow engagement.
• Researches and creates content for letters, newsletters, brochures, and social media.
• Supports the annual consumer engagement plan, timeline and budget.
• Provides regular project status updates to the engagement manager.
