Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field or equivalent and at least 5 years commercial construction experience.
• Experience within healthcare construction required.
• Understands building codes and reads blueprints accurately.
• Has valid driver's license and ability to travel to project site.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of job site including scheduling, production, and procurement.
• Interacts with Project Manager to determine project schedule and look-ahead timelines.
• Coordinates pre-construction meetings and reviews scope with subs and clients.
• Directs procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements are followed.
• Manages labor costs and crew assignments; reallocates personnel as needed.
• Maintains progress reports and coordinates with stakeholders to resolve issues.
