A strong safety focus and proficiency with Procore are required. Salary is $110,000–$135,000 per year, with a competitive compensation structure and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Experience with healthcare construction projects.
• Ability to manage projects ranging from $500K–$12M.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field operations.
• Ability to maintain project schedule and enforce timelines.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience with project documentation and daily reporting.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams.
• Ability to lead daily site meetings and field coordination activities.
